What is Psycho-Hypnotherapy?
What is
Hypnosis?
Psycho-Hypnotherapy is an integrative therapeutic method,
using protocols of hypnosis and psychotherapy. Many people
are constrained by “learned behaviour” and negative thought
patterns from achieving all they are capable of.
Often working with a “facilitator” in the form of a
therapist, or coach, can free the mind and unlearn habitual
patterns of behaviour allowing the mind to be freed thus
simultaneously enhancing mental and physical performance.
Stress is a huge cause of illness and ageing. Coping with
stress, which is prevalent in all our lives to a huge extent
these days, can undermine confidence.
Psycho-Hypnotherapy can sometimes be the key to improving
the quality of one’s life and looking and feeling stronger
and better equipped to face the daily
challenges and hurdles of modern life.
Psychotherapy, along with hypnotherapy may help “trigger”
one’s own natural relaxation response, which is a specific
and measurable state of deep rest in which stress hormones
in the body and mind can be demobilised. |
